How much would you expect to pay for 40 hours of really practical help and support in your recovery?
Well you won't pay anything like that. We've worked out a very special offer for our members that will give you a weekend you need and won't forget.
From 7pm on Friday 5 March to 11am Sunday 7 March we've got a programme that keeps you fit, helps you relax, have fun, eat well and get a break from life's pressures - AND definitely aid your recovery. It comes in a handy package that can easily fit into the comfortable park-like facilities at the St Francis Retreat Centre, at 50 Hillsborough Rd, so handy, in Hillsborough near the motorway. Accommodation at the Friary is in comfortable individual rooms with all linen and meals provided. Bring your Big Book and any personal items you wish to.
The theme for this year is "IT WORKS IF YOU WORK AT IT".
Five interactive, workshop-style sessions will cover the 5 main resources:
